Introducing the TTE1020 upgrade turbocharger package, engineered specifically for the EA825 4.0 L TFSI engine platform. This performance solution is designed for high-performance models from Audi, Porsche, and Lamborghini, including the RS6/RS7 C8, RS Q8, A8 60 TFSI D5, Cayenne, Panamera, and Urus.

For this upgrade stage, larger TTE billet compressor wheels are installed alongside upgraded 9-blade exhaust turbines. The exhaust housings are precision-machined to accommodate these components, significantly increasing airflow capacity and overall power potential. Extensive development time was dedicated to the 5-axis CNC milling program for the compressor housing inlet, ensuring maximum flow efficiency and making the TTE1020 a truly exceptional performance unit.

All new turbochargers are supplied standard with OEM-style TTE1020 heat shielding (as shown), providing improved thermal management and durability under demanding operating conditions.

Precision Balancing & Engineering Excellence

Exact turbocharger balancing is a critical requirement for any TTE upgrade, as both long-term reliability and performance depend on it. Proper balance not only enhances durability but also improves acoustic refinement.

Each unit undergoes a meticulous multi-stage balancing process:

• Individual components are first balanced at low speeds up to 2,800 RPM across multiple planes using specialized single-part machinery.

• After assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced at application-specific speeds of up to 250,000 RPM using an in-house VSR system.

This process achieves equilibrium standards significantly exceeding OEM specifications. Every turbocharger is delivered with a serial-numbered balance test certificate verifying its precision calibration.
