The Volvo 2.5L Internal Wastegate Actuator (IWG) provides better turbo response and greater sensitivity when managing boost pressures.
The 7psi version is suitable as a direct replacement and will work with the factory calibration. Alternative spring combinations will require supporting modifications or engine tuning/recalibration. This is a bolt-on fitment for the factory turbo on the 1.4L MultiAir Engine fitted to the Fiat 124, Spider, 500T and Abarth.
