Description

A turbo manifold for the classic BMW M10 four-cylinder, for old-school builds running modern turbo hardware. Twelve flange and wastegate combinations, optimised for 40-50mm Turbosmart wastegates.

Key Features:

• Modern turbo hardware on a classic engine: Flange options cover BorgWarner EFR, Garrett G25-G35, Precision T3 Frame THV and Tial/GBT V-Band, so the M10 can run current-generation turbochargers.
• Twelve configurations: Four inlet flanges across three wastegate ports – 40-50mm with no flange fitted, or 45mm and 50mm with the flange fitted.
• Pushed-through head ports: Tubing is pushed through the flange and TIG welded on both sides, then finished smooth, rather than welded to the flange face – stronger, and it solves the oval-to-round port transition.
• In-house cast collector: Seamless casting delivering high wastegate flow without the turbulence and raised EGTs a fabricated merge can introduce.
• Fibre laser cut flanges: Designed in-house and cut on modern fibre laser for greater accuracy than traditional laser cutting.
• Lifetime warranty: Against manufacturing faults and defects, on carefully specified 304 stainless.

The no-flange-fitted option is the cheapest of the three wastegate choices, letting you specify the wastegate separately. Built to order, typical build time 2-4 weeks.
