Golf 8 VWR Dogbone and Subframe Mount (Aluminium Subframe)

Description

The VWR Lower Drivetrain Mount replaces the pressed-steel factory torque link on MQB EVO cars with billet aluminium. It controls fore/aft drivetrain movement and largely eliminates wheel hop under hard acceleration.

Key Features:

• Billet torque link: The factory pressed-steel part lacks the stiffness a tuned car needs; the billet aluminium replacement holds the drivetrain where it should be.
• Kills wheel hop: Preventing the engine and gearbox assembly from juddering under wheelspin and aggressive shifts removes the shudder that costs you traction.
• The mount that matters most: Most fore/aft drivetrain movement is controlled by the lower mount, so changing this one alone makes a noticeable difference.
