Cold-formed to ensure molecular integrity and heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining. Reduced diameter bolt heads eliminate the need for valve train removal to facilitate cylinder head re-torqueing. Hardened and parallel-ground washers are included. Rated at 170,000 p.s.i.
Edelbrock #8562 is a Head Bolt Kit for S/B Ford 302 E-Boss with Edelbrock #61699 cylinder heads on a 8.2″ deck (302) block. Includes 7/16″ Hex Head Bolts & #9680 Washer/Bushings to use 7/16″ bolt in the 1/2″ cylinder head bolt holes.
