    VMP Atlas Bracket for Odin FEAD system 6/8/10-rib The Odin no-grind FEAD system has continued to evolve with the addition of the Atlas bracket! The Atlas bracket incorporates an adjustable idler pulley to increase belt wrap around the supercharger pulley. This is especially important as you pulley down for more boost. With a 2.6″ upper pulley (69 mm) the wrap increase 15% compared to the original non-adjustable Odin FEAD bracket. Fits 11+ Coyote 5.0 L with VMP Odin or Loki supercharger system on Mustang or F150. Includes: Billet aluminum Atlas bracket T-nut slider and standoff All necessary hardware VMP 60 mm idler with double-row bearing You will need to re-use the lower idler pulley from your current FEAD bracket. The VMP 61mm idler that comes with standard 6-rib Odin and Loki kits will fit this bracket. The VMP 58 mm idlers for 8/10 rib kits will fit as well, just keep in mind a water pump pulley with the back lip removed is required to clear the wider idlers. When running over 20 psi we recommend that the new VMP 60 mm idler with double-row bearing (PN: VMP-60-SM-DB) is installed in the lower idler position. The double row bearing does not allow the idler pulley to deflect at all and this keeps the belt from walking forward. Use VMP-SUP076 for 3-bolt water pumps and VMP-SUP051 for 4-bolt water pumps is required when using the 60 mm idler. When running the Atlas bracket you should have already upgraded to the VMP-SUT009 Heavy-duty tensioner for no-grind FEAD. In addition to more tension it also has the greater range of motion required at higher power levels. This bracket is included with VMP Full-FEAD 8 and 10 rib conversion kits for the Odin supercharger system. Due to the adjustable nature of the upper idler it does not work with Roush spider brackets. If your front cover is ground you must use the VMP AC bypass bracket.

    VMP No-Grind FEAD Kit for TVS Supercharged ’11+ Coyote (Race/Heavy-Duty Version) This kit is designed to work with older VMP and Roush blower kits with the 2.3 L or 2.65 L supercharger. It replaces the cast Roush FEAD bracket and spider bracket that require grinding of the front cover to install. The race kit will provide proper belt tension and wrap for a wide range of pulleys. You may use this kit with 63 mm/2.4″ up to 92 mm/3.5″ pulleys. This range is accomplished with the adjustable upper idler and the long-throw tensioner (32 degrees of rotation / 2″ travel). This kit includes: Billet aluminum “Bomber” FEAD Bracket with mounting hardware Two VMP-61-SM idler pulleys with 6203-2RS bearings Heavy-duty cast tensioner and billet rotation plate Ribbed idler pulley and bolt Six M6 x 14 mm pulley bolts K060815 belt .035″ thick pulley spacer – if needed. A note about belt lengths with this kit: Included K060815 belt is recommended for 88 mm/3.4″ and 92 mm/3.5 in” upper pulleys on a 2.65 L TVS supercharger. ’11-’14 Style Roush lower intakes are 3/8″ taller and may require a longer belt. You can identify this lower intake by the significant 3/8″ difference in blower mounting height vs. fuel rail mounting height.2.3 L VMP and Roush blowers have a lower pulley centerline which causes the needed belt length to decrease. 2.3 L blowers often use an 82 mm/3.1″ – 85 mm/3.2″ pulley to achieve boost levels of 10-12 psi on pump gas. Depending on your lower intake height, you may need to go as short as a K060810 or K060806 belt. The heavy-duty cast tensioner included with the race kit has a broader range of motion, making exact belt size less important at low boost levels less than 14 psi. Smaller pulleys generate more boost and cause the belt to stretch more. At boost levels of 16-20 psi, the belt should be sized to be very tight. Never adjust the upper idler pulley to force the tensioner past the stop. A .035″ thick pulley spacer is included in this kit to use if needed.

    VMP No-Grind FEAD Kit for TVS Supercharged ’11+ Coyote (Street Version) This kit is designed to work with older VMP and Roush blower kits with the 2.3 L or 2.65 L supercharger. It replaces the cast Roush FEAD bracket and spider bracket that require grinding of the front cover to install. The street kit is recommended for 85 mm/3.2″ and larger pulleys. This kit includes: Billet aluminum FEAD bracket with mounting hardware Two VMP-61-SM idler pulleys with 6203-2RS bearings OE Ford automatic belt-tensioner Ribbed idler pulley and bolt Six M6 x 14 mm pulley bolts K060815 belt .035″ thick pulley spacer – if needed. These new mounting points combined with our proprietary upper FEAD bracket form a complete supercharger belt drive. Your front cover must have the machined idler boss and machined tensioner pad. Early 2011 model year Coyotes lack these features. In this situation, the Roush bracketry is the best option. A note about belt lengths with this kit: Included K060815 belt is recommended for 88 mm/3.4″ and 92 mm/3.5 in” upper pulleys on a 2.65 L TVS supercharger. ’11-’14 Style Roush lower intakes are 3/8″ taller and may require a longer belt. You can identify this lower intake by the significant 3/8″ difference in blower mounting height vs. fuel rail mounting height. 2.3 L VMP and Roush blowers have a lower pulley centerline which causes the needed belt length to decrease. 2.3 L blowers often use an 82 mm/3.1″ – 85 mm/3.2″ pulley to achieve boost levels of 10-12 psi on pump gas.
